Negotiator - Foreclosure SpecialistOur client, a diversified financial services company with $436 billion in assets and 150,000 employees is looking for a Negotiator/Foreclosure Specialist to add to their team. This person will be responsible for negotiating short sales for homes going into foreclosure.
This is a temp to hire opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiating short sales (and other options) for homes going into foreclosure
- Will work directly with realtors and homeowners
- Must be able to explain every step of the process in detail, follow up regularly and document calls
